2023 Eco Chase Challenge Winners

Congratulations to all of our Eco Chase Challenge Teams!
We hope you enjoyed this adventure as much as we have. After careful review and deliberation, we have the final results.
1st Place $750 – Team #11 Where on Earth is Carmen SandiEco
2nd Place $650 – Team #22 Green Rats
3rd Place – $550 – Team #33 Trash Pandas
4th Place – $200 – We have a tie between Teams #21 Zero Waste Warriors, #25 Madera Proud and # 27 Waste Nots. Each of these teams will win a $200 prize.
5th Place – $150 – Team #32 Sandy Mounders
6th Place – $100 – Team #49 The Fruity Bats
The real winner? Our Earth and our community because all of you cared so much, did so much and shared so much throughout this competition. Proceeds from this event benefits Tools for Schools, a partnership of the Alachua County Board of County Commissioners and the School Board of Alachua County. Tools for Schools is the only completely FREE resource center exclusively dedicated to serving our Alachua County Public School teachers. Diverting thousands of pounds of useable resources from the landfill and providing new and gently used, school, office, and art supplies 100% free of charge to public school teachers throughout the year.
